Clark Rubber Franchise Achievements

Clark Rubber Franchising is the franchise system behind the growing Clark Rubber chain of stores which operates throughout Australia, the Para Rubber chain in New Zealand (now run under master franchise), and the recently launched Clark Pools & Spas service van franchise.

Australia’s Franchisor of the Year

CLARK RUBBER was crowned Franchise Council of Australia’s Franchisor of the Year at a gala dinner held on Queensland’s Gold Coast on October 24 2005.

The Australian icon, which celebrates its 60th birthday this year, won the award ahead of six other finalists, including 2005 winner Gloria Jeans, 7-Eleven and Subway. A total of 50 nominations were received for the PricewaterhouseCoopers award.

Clark Rubber’s entrepreneurial founder and managing director, Chris Malcolm, said the honor of being named PricewaterhouseCoopers FCA Franchisor of the Year was just reward for a “hard working and dedicated team of people within the organisation”.

Frachise System of the Year Award 1999

Clark Franchising in 1999 won the national Franchise System of the Year Award (entry capital over $200,000), beating a competitive field of Australia's best franchise systems to take out this prestigious award.
