Specialty Products
Different types of pools have different types of issues. Some pool finishes are prone to black spot algae, some get calcium build ups on the floor and walls. Clark Rubber have a range of specialty pool products that will help prevent these problems from occurring and ensure your pool looks as inviting as the first day you filled it!

Algaecides
Our most popular algaecide is Filtrite Algygone. Why use an algaecide? Well, it’s simple. 40% of chlorine is used up killing algae spores that drop into your pool. That’s a whole lot of chlorine that ISN’T being used to kill harmful bacteria.
By using a long life algaecide such as Filtrite Algygone, it means more of your chlorine is free to kill harmful bacteria. For pools that have an ioniser or an automativ chlorine measuring device (ORP) device, such as a liquid feeder, Filtrite Extreme algaecide is perfect.

Phosphate Remover
Filtrite Phosphate Remover helps eliminate phosphates from your pool. Phosphates are a major source of nutrient for algae and also inhibit the working of other chemicals. Phosphates can be blown in to your pool from the wind or build up in a water tank from runoff from your roof. When this water is used to top up the pool the phosphates are introduced.
