Q. Are all products from the Clark Rubber range available to purchase online?
A. Unfortunately not all products featured in our stores are available online. However, more products are being added to the online shop soon. For our full range of products visit our website or call your nearest store on 13 80 90.
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders... or any other payments by regular, posted mail.
Q. Is my information secure when I place an order on Clark Rubber Online Shop?
A. Your credit card transactions are 100% secure. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for encrypting all payment information. Your data will arrive privately and unaltered to our server and no one will gain access to your personal information.
Q. Can I order by phone?
A. If at any stage you feel uncomfortable securely ordering your products online, you can call our Online Shop help desk on 13 80 90 to complete your order
Q. Do you ship outside Australia?
A. Clark Rubber do not currently ship outside Australia. For international enquiries please email onlineshop@clarkrubber.com.au

Q. What is the Add to Wishlist feature?
A. The Add to Wishlist feature allows Registered Customers to save products into an editable online list. The wishlist feature then allows Registered Customers to do the following:
- “Share Wishlist” – You can Share your Wishlist by emailing it to your friends, relatives or colleagues for gift ideas or to encourage them to purchase a product. You can add a custom message when sharing your wishlist and you can send it to multiple recipients at the same time.
- “Add All to Cart” – When you are ready to purchase the products on your wishlist you can add All or individual products to your shopping cart
- “Update Wishlist” – This feature allows you to save comments against each item in your wishlist. The comments will be saved for future Wishlist Shopping. Eg. “Remember to buy this Clark Rubber product for the kids this Christmas”
Q. What is the Add to Compare feature?
A. The Clark Rubber Online Shop “Add to Compare” feature allows visitors to compare two or more products with each other. You can compare product brands, prices, descriptions, colours and sizes. From the compare products screen, you can easily add products to your cart and/or your Wishlist.
Q. What are Tags?
A. Tags are descriptors that you can assign to any product to help you organize and remember them. They're essentially keywords or keyword phrases. Any logged in user can add as many tags to a product as they want and rename or delete them later. Once a tag is approved by Clark Rubber, they will be viewable by everyone browsing the product, and will display on the product information page. This feature then allows other visitors to filter their search to find similar products.
Q. What is the My Account Dashboard? A. The My Account Dashboard presents our registered customers will all of their account and sales information in one place. The My Account Dashboard has the following features:
