WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME? 

We will process your order within 1-3 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-8 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. Clark Pool Packages are dispatched in approximately 6 weeks from date of purchase. 

CLICK AND COLLECT 

Your chosen store will contact you with a time frame for you to pick up your order, within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability. When you collect your order, you will need to sign for your order and provide adequate identification. Please bring photo ID that reflects the name and address used to place the order. Orders will only be released to customers who can provide this form of identification. 

DELIVERIES TO MULTI-LEVEL BUILDINGS/APARTMENTS 

Orders being delivered to multi-level buildings or apartments will be delivered to the ground floor. 

FREE LIMITED DELIVERY OFFER 

Get free delivery on eligible Limited Free Delivery items by spending $120 or more on the eligible Limited Free Delivery items at the Clark Rubber Online store and choosing delivery from a single store location. This offer is limited to deliveries within 20 km of the Clark Rubber store fulfilling the order.

Excludes deliveries to private mailboxes (PMB) and does not apply to purchases of Bulky Goods. Bulky Goods for the purposes of these terms and conditions means, without limitation, Clark Pools and Spas, Filtrite spas, Queen Size and King Size foam mattresses, rubber pavers, pre-cut utility mat, Ultra frame pools, Prism frame pools, Metal frame pools, Easy set pools and PureSpas.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so please select carefully. However, in the event that you are not satisfied, we will happily arrange for the exchange or refund of any goods purchased at any Clark Rubber store, provided that: You return the item within 30 days of purchase; You must have proof of purchase, typically your receipt; The item is not soiled, damaged, is in original and resalable condition and is in its original undamaged packaging (including any accessories and instruction manuals); The item for hygiene reasons, is not a bedding or foam product; The item has not been cut to length or size, or is a Special Order*; and The item is not sold to you as a clearance ticketed item. We will refund your money the same way you purchased the item. 

The rights provided to you in this policy are in addition to your statutory rights. 

Change of mind policy does not apply for Clark Rubber Marketplace and Clark Rubber Direct from Warehouse products (products delivered from our central warehouse).
