What is the certification process?

1. One of our fully trained and qualified, VBA registeredvinspectors will come out to your house to inspect your pool or spa barrier. You will either be issued with your form 23 certificate of barrier compliance within 24 hours if your pool barrier is compliant or be issued with a notice of rectification if your barrier is non-compliant. 

2. If your pool or spa barrier requires rectification works to meet Victorian law, our team will manage all works required via our extensive network of trusted tradespeople. 

3.Once rectification works are complete, our inspector will return to your home for a final inspection. You will then be issued with a form 23 certificate of barrier compliance within 24 hours, ready for you to lodge with your local council.
