Selleys Knead It Aqua 50g is a fast-setting, hand-kneadable epoxy repair compound designed for reliable performance in wet, damp and fully submerged conditions. This co-extruded epoxy system activates when mixed by hand, forming a durable bond across a wide range of materials including fibreglass, timber, ceramics, metal, concrete, glass and masonry. It is particularly suited to marine, plumbing and general repair applications where water exposure would normally compromise standard adhesives.
This product is engineered for permanent repairs, even underwater, making it suitable for sealing leaks, patching holes and restoring damaged surfaces without needing to drain or dry the area first. It adheres strongly to most substrates and maintains structural integrity under both fresh and saltwater exposure. Once cured, it can be drilled, sanded, machined or painted within approximately one hour, allowing for fast turnaround on urgent repairs.
Selleys Knead It Aqua is compliant for contact with drinking water to AS/NZS 4020:2005, within specified limits, which makes it suitable for use in water tanks, pipes and potable water systems. With a set time of under 20 minutes and a non-sag formulation, it provides controlled application in vertical or overhead repairs.
