How long will it take to process my order?

We endeavor to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Do you offer click & collect?

Yes! We currently offer Click & Collect across our stores. This option will be displayed upon check out on our website, subject to stock availability. Photo ID is required on collection and must match the name/address on the order. Please note order's can not be released to a third party. 

What are your shipping charges?

We currently have a  'Free Delivery' offer on spend thresholds of $120* or more. This is limited to a delivery radius of 20km of your selected Clark Rubber store. Bulky items and deliveries to P.O.Box's are excluded from this offer. Please refer to our 

How long will I have to wait for my order?

We pride ourselves on our service and fast dispatch of orders. Your order will be packaged and delivered within 1-5 business days of it being placed. What shipping partners do you use?

Our shipping partner of choice is Shippit! They conveniently offer a wide range of carriers so we are able to provide the absolute best price & service to you. Shippit uses Couriers Please, Fast Way, Allied Express, Bonds Couriers. Some deliveries will be made by our very own local vans so watch out for those!

I have received a damaged item, what do I do now?

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you. The quickest option is to take the faulty product back to the store along with your in-store receipt or online tax invoice for proof of purchase. 

I haven't received any confirmation emails, what should I do?

As a first step we ask that you please check all junk/spam folders as it may be hiding there. Alternatively, you can  reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist. 

How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number

Where do you deliver to?

Everywhere in Australia! 
At this stage, this excludes deliveries to P.O.Box's

What happens when nobody is present to receive delivery?

Our couriers usually deliver orders between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday to the address specified on your order. Signature on delivery is required  and an authorized person must be present at the nominated address to receive delivery.

Our team is very diligent but on the rare occasion this has occurred. We request you hold onto the item and reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team who will investigate the issue promptly.

I want to cancel/amend my order, is it possible?

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast dispatch.
