for asthma and stubborn coughs definitely recommend.
For people who snore yeah it works a treat.
Price wise, worth it
Down side, i wished i got it earlier in life.

I found that all the dimensions were fine except for the height because some nights I tend to slide down the wedge as the wedge is a little bit too steep, probably 150 mm would have suited me better. Fortunately I am enjoying a better nights sleep .

The Clark Care Bed Wedge is excellent. It's just the right size for one person and the slope is perfect. I thought I'd have to make a cover, but the dark blue cover it came with is really nice, and should be easily washable. The plastic outer bag will also be useful if I ever need to store it. However, it's very comfortable and suitable for my purpose so I think it will be in constant use.

Ordered this because I have GERD and it's getting worse, so need to try sleeping propped up. Never wanted to, it's always been most uncomfortable. I ordered this on 12/11, it arrived on 14/11, and I've been using it for five days. It took less time than I thought to adjust. I have arthritis in my hips, which as a side sleeper made the angle quite painful by morning, but surprisingly I've adjusted to that, and feel no worse now than sleeping flat. Most importantly, it's really helping the reflux. I'm glad I spent the money getting a good big wedge. It is a bit firm, but I put it under my mattress topper, so I get the angle but it's softer. Certainly recommend this product.

I gave top marks because the wedge pillow worked for me. My chronic cough caused by acid reflux
Stopped after a couple of weeks. Pillow took a bit of getting used to as my body prefers to lie flat so I found myself moving down the bed during the night. This has improved now. Also I put a fitted cot sheet over it as a pillow case - not perfect but adequate. Saved my health!
